Tokyo: November 2011 (kid free)

I loved Tokyo. It is the world's largest city with a population of 37+ million . Unlike other large cities I've been to, it wasn't dirty and hectic though. Big? YES. Jammed pack full of people? YES But the Japanese themselves are so neat and ordered and polite... everything runs accordingly...and the city is remarkably clean for such a populated behemoth. The metro is spectacular, although its so massive even the locals themselves can get confused. It's an amazing juxtaposition of the ultra-modern with centuries old traditions. Its zany, it's quirky, it's beautiful and the food will change the way you want to eat forever...
